Um Só Coração(2004)

Um Só Coração is a Brazilian historical drama spanning the 1920s to 1950s in Greater São Paulo. The series follows Yolanda Penteado, a young woman from the city's elite families, as she navigates the turbulent decades of the Modern Art Week, the 1924 Revolution, the 1929 economic crisis, and the Vargas Era. When Yolanda meets Martim, a medical student and anarchist sympathizer, she finds herself drawn to him despite her mother Guiomar's fierce opposition. Their romance becomes a battle against family tradition and political ideology, as the couple fights to be together against the disapproval of São Paulo's high society.
