Spin is a French political thriller following the aftermath of a presidential assassination in Saint-Etienne. When a bomb kills the sitting president, the nation faces emergency elections within thirty-five days. Prime Minister Philip Deleuvre appears poised to claim the Elysée, but a shadowy figure knows otherwise. Kapita Simon, a former spin doctor to the deceased president, emerges from the background with a dangerous mission: find a candidate capable of defeating Deleuvre and exposing the conspiracy he's concealing. As Simon navigates backroom politics and moral compromise, he must balance his loyalty to his fallen friend against the ruthless machinery of power.
