The Profit(2013)
The Profit is a reality series following Marcus Lemonis, CEO of Camping World, as he invests his own millions into struggling businesses across America. Each episode features Lemonis identifying a company in crisis and proposing a deal: his capital in exchange for equity and a cut of future profits. Once he takes control, Lemonis rolls up his sleeves to overhaul operations, cut costs, and rebuild management from the ground up. He'll replace executives, promote unlikely candidates, or step in personally to fix problems. Over a decade, Lemonis has turned around more than 100 companies. The series captures his hands-on approach to business rescue, blending negotiation, strategy, and sometimes brutal decision-making to transform failing enterprises into profitable ventures.
