Norn9 is an anime series that follows Sorata Suzuhara, an elementary schooler from modern Japan who is mysteriously transported back to 1919 aboard a high-tech airship. The vessel hovers above towns from Japan's Meiji and Taishō periods and carries The Gifted—eleven teenagers with extraordinary supernatural abilities. As Sorata searches for a way home, he uncovers dark secrets about the nature of spacetime and the true purpose of the ship.
