Travelers is a science fiction series set hundreds of years in the future, where humanity has discovered a way to send consciousness backward through time. Teams of operatives, called travelers, inhabit the bodies of people in the 21st century to complete covert missions designed to prevent a catastrophic future. Each traveler must navigate their assumed life while secretly working toward their objective, creating tension between their cover identity and their true purpose. The show explores the moral complexity of altering the past, the bonds formed between team members, and the consequences of their interventions. As the travelers execute increasingly dangerous operations, they uncover threats that challenge their understanding of time, fate, and what it truly means to save humanity.
