Mördare utan ansikte is a Swedish crime series set during a harsh winter on the Skåne coast. When farmer Woken discovers his neighbor John Lövgren brutally murdered and Lövgren's wife found dying with a noose around her neck, Inspector Kurt Wallander of Ystad police takes charge of the investigation. Before she dies, the wife utters a single word—"Foreign"—that ignites media frenzy and sparks anonymous threats against Wallander himself. As a refugee camp burns and a Somali refugee is killed, Wallander realizes the threats are real and the case has escalated into something far darker. Racing against time, he pursues a ruthless, faceless killer whose motives remain hidden in the shadows of prejudice and violence.
