Chio's School Road(2018)

Chio's School Road is a comedy series following Miyamo Chio, a first-year student at ordinary Samejima Academy who wants nothing more than to blend in. Her commute to school becomes a daily gauntlet of absurd obstacles and unexpected encounters. Armed with impractical tactics borrowed from Western video games, Chio navigates collisions with her long-time friend Manana (an aspiring ex-otaku), the effortlessly perfect Yuki (the school's social elite), and countless townspeople who seem determined to derail her simple journey. What should be a straightforward walk transforms into a series of ridiculous misadventures, as Chio's misguided gaming strategies clash hilariously with real-world problems.
