Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a historical drama set in early 20th-century China. Outraged, Weng becomes the leading voice of protest, representing all TCM doctors and amplifying his influence. As Shanghai falls during the Japanese invasion, he shifts focus to the anti-Japanese war effort, working to preserve and protect Traditional Chinese Medicine during the nation's darkest hours. The series follows his journey from ambitious young doctor to respected healer and patriotic advocate.
