Mirror Twins(2019)

Mirror Twins is a Japanese crime drama following identical twins Keigo and Yugo, who mirror each other in every way except handedness and temperament. When Yugo refuses to go home from the park one evening, Keigo leaves him behind—a decision that haunts him forever. Yugo is kidnapped that night, and the ransom scheme fails, leaving him missing for two decades. Now a detective, Keigo has dedicated his life to atoning for that fateful moment. When a televised missing-persons appeal about Yugo suddenly triggers a series of suspicious deaths and assaults, Keigo finds himself at the center of the investigation. A witness emerges from a coma to accuse Keigo, and genetic evidence places him at a crime scene. Convinced his brother is alive, Keigo begins a dangerous quest for revenge that blurs the line between justice and obsession.
