Balão Mágico(1983)

Balão Mágico is a Brazilian children's television series that aired on Rede Globo from 1983 to 1986. The show featured a musical group of the same name, A Turma do Balão Mágico, who performed original children's songs and became massive stars in Brazil. The ensemble cast included Simony, the group's only female member, alongside Tob, Mike, Jairzinho, and Ricardinho. Their six Columbia Records albums sold a combined 13 million copies, making them one of the era's most successful children's acts. The group's signature hit "Superfantástico" remains iconic decades after its release. Balão Mágico defined a generation of Brazilian childhood entertainment and established the young performers as cultural phenomena throughout the 1980s.
