Zérostérone is a science fiction series set 108 years after chemical warfare wiped out all men on Earth. Women have rebuilt civilization from scratch, relegating masculinity to museum exhibits and historical records. Charlie and her sister Lucie have never known a man—until Charlie accompanies Lucie to her JAPP, a mandatory government procedure where women are inseminated from a dwindling sperm bank. There they meet Gabrielle, a mysterious trainer who reveals a shocking secret: a man may still be alive somewhere. As the sisters search for this last surviving male, they uncover dangerous truths about their world's past and the lies their society was built upon. The series blends dark comedy with speculative worldbuilding, exploring what happens when an entire civilization must reckon with a suppressed history.
