Sha Na Na is a syndicated variety series that aired from 1977 to 1981, hosted by the rock and roll comedy group of the same name. The show blends 1950s and 1960s nostalgia with 1970s sensibility, featuring the group performing doo-wop and rock hits alongside comedy sketches. Each episode mixes performances from classic acts with contemporary artists of the era, creating an energetic, tongue-in-cheek celebration of rock's golden age. The supporting cast included comedians Avery Schreiber, Kenneth Mars, Soupy Sales, and others who contributed to the show's irreverent humor.
