A3! is a Japanese animated series set in Tokyo's Velude Way, a district famous for its theater scene. Izumi Tachibana, a former stage actress, inherits the Mankai Company—once a thriving theater group now drowning in debt with only a single actor left. Armed with a letter detailing the company's dire straits, Izumi takes on the role of owner and chief director with one mission: rebuild Mankai to its former prominence. As she recruits new talent, navigates the competitive world of stage performance, and mentors her growing ensemble cast, Izumi must balance artistic vision with survival. The series follows her journey to restore the theater company's reputation and create meaningful productions that captivate audiences again.
