D.C.(2000)

D.C. is an American television series that aired on The WB Network in April 2000. Mason Scott arrives in Washington, D.C. fresh from college, determined to make a meaningful difference in politics despite its moral compromises. His best friend Pete Komisky, a lobbyist, takes a more cynical view of the capital's corruption. Living together in a rowhouse, they're joined by Mason's sister Finley, who abandoned graduate school for the Washington adventure, along with Lewis Freeman, a Supreme Court clerk, and his girlfriend Sarah Logan, a junior cable news producer. The series follows this group navigating idealism, ambition, and disillusionment in the nation's capital.
