Ex-Arm is a sci-fi anime series that opens in 2014 with Akira Natsume, a tech-savvy young man afraid of electrical devices, determined to improve himself and find love. His life ends abruptly in an accident. Sixteen years later, a special policewoman and her android partner activate EX-ARM, an advanced AI superweapon designed to control their ship in a crisis.
