Extreme Ghostbusters is an action-packed animated series set a decade after the original Ghostbusters saved New York from supernatural threats. With the original team gone, only Egon remains, now teaching Paranormal Studies at the local university. When the demon Zuul awakens to terrorize the city, Egon and Janine recruit four of his teenage students to form a new ghost-hunting squad: Kylie, an occult expert; Eduardo, a charming slacker; Garrett, a wheelchair-using athlete with attitude; and Roland, a mechanical genius. Together with Egon, Janine, and the ghost Slimer, this unlikely team must master their paranormal abilities and confront increasingly dangerous supernatural threats to protect New York.
