Grendizer U is an anime series following Duke Fleed, a young alien who escapes his dying planet Fleed aboard the giant robot Grendizer after a devastating attack by the Vega forces. Arriving on Earth, he's taken in by Dr. Amon, head of the Space Research Center, and given the human identity Daisuke. Working alongside the scientist to investigate mysterious objects appearing in Earth's skies, Daisuke's carefully hidden past suddenly resurfaces when a shocking attack triggers his suppressed memories. As his true identity threatens to unravel, he must navigate his dual existence while defending his adopted world from extraterrestrial threats.
