Konkatsu!(2009)

Konkatsu! is a Japanese romantic comedy series about Amamiya Kuniyuki, an unemployed man whose father owns a tonkatsu restaurant. When a job opportunity requires him to be married, Kuniyuki lies and claims he's engaged. To maintain the deception, he enlists Haruno, a part-time worker at the restaurant, to pose as his fiancée. As their fake relationship deepens, genuine feelings emerge between them. The series balances romantic tension with heartfelt explorations of family bonds and friendship, following Kuniyuki's interactions with those around him as he navigates work, love, and his place in his father's world.
