L-Pop(2023)

L-Pop is a series following Pau, a film student documenting her sister Andrea's obsession with K-pop and cover dancing. While their dentist parents push Andrea toward a stable career, she harbors a secret dream: becoming a singer and training in Korea like her idols. Age, talent doubts, and her non-Korean background seem insurmountable obstacles. Through Pau's documentary, her dance group's support, an unexpected romance, and a chance encounter with a famous actor, Andrea discovers the confidence to chase her passion. The series explores family expectations, artistic ambition, and the courage required to pursue an unconventional path.
