Midas is a South Korean business drama following Kim Do Hyun, a brilliant young lawyer who aces the bar exam and lands a coveted position as top aide to Yoo In Hye, daughter of one of Korea's most powerful tycoons. As Do Hyun climbs the ruthless corporate ladder of mergers and acquisitions, his ambition blinds him to the human cost of his ascent. His long-time girlfriend Lee Jung Yeon becomes collateral damage in his pursuit of wealth and status. The series explores how far someone will go for success, and what they're willing to sacrifice in a world where loyalty is currency and betrayal is business as usual.
