Hannibal and Jerry(1997)

Hannibal and Jerry is a family film about a boy who receives an unusual gift from his parents: a dog named Jerry who can speak instead of bark. When Hannibal's television habit concerns his mother and father, they hope the pet will keep him entertained outdoors. Jerry proves to be no ordinary companion, attracting unwanted attention from Uncle Grandfather, a cunning toy maker, and his accomplice Uncle Harry, who scheme to capture the talking dog. Their pursuit sets off a chain of comedic mishaps involving a shifty dog trader, an accident-prone glazier, and bumbling police officers.
