Masquerade is a historical drama following a commoner who bears a striking resemblance to the king. When the monarch is poisoned, the lookalike is forced to assume his identity to prevent the kingdom from descending into turmoil. Caught between duty and survival, he must navigate the treacherous court while concealing his true identity, all while his deception threatens to unravel at any moment. The film explores themes of loyalty, sacrifice, and the cost of deception as the imposter risks everything to protect a nation that doesn't know his real name. Tension builds as courtiers grow suspicious and enemies close in, forcing him to master the role of a lifetime or watch his country burn.
