Prince of the Land of Roses(2011)

Prince of the Land of Roses is a fantasy film about a royal family undone by dark magic. A peaceful kingdom centered on the love of roses is shattered when the Queen's jealous sister casts a spell on the King, transforming him into a tyrant consumed by excess and gambling. The Queen is banished and replaced. After the King's death, the sister uses magic again—this time to curse the rightful heir into a monstrous beast, hoping her own son will inherit the throne instead. The prince's only hope lies in an ancient condition: the spell will break when he meets a woman who sees beyond appearances and recognizes his true nature. Prince of the Land of Roses weaves together themes of inner beauty, redemption, and the corrupting nature of power in a richly imagined fairy tale world.
