Kirksdale is a psychological thriller set in 1960s Florida, where a former plantation-turned-mental hospital masks dark secrets beneath its serene exterior. When a disturbed patient escapes the facility, teenage Molly Walker and young sheriff's deputy Darryl Pearl are drawn into a dangerous confrontation that forces them to confront their own psychological fragility. As they hunt the fugitive through the Spanish moss-draped landscape, the line between sanity and madness blurs. Both Molly and Darryl must navigate their inner demons while fighting for survival, unsure whether the greatest threat lies outside the hospital walls or within themselves.
