The Lost Ones

The Lost Ones is an experimental film set in a surreal, enclosed world where disembodied figures search endlessly for their counterparts. The space is a massive flattened cylinder—fifty meters around and eighteen meters high—with rubber walls bathed in perpetual dim yellow light. Temperature swings wildly between 5°C and 25°C, sometimes shifting within seconds, leaving the inhabitants with parched, brittle skin. As they move through this strange realm, their bodies brush against one another like dry leaves, their footsteps muffled by the rubber floor. Even their kisses produce an indescribable sound. The film explores isolation, connection, and the desperate human need to find one's missing half in an environment that seems designed to frustrate that very search.
