The Floor Below(1919)

The Floor Below is a silent comedy that follows Snub Pollard and his friend as they navigate married life under the firm control of their wives. When Pollard's grandfather arrives and encourages the men to stand up for themselves, they attempt to assert their independence. Their newfound confidence, however, quickly draws the disapproval of the women's father, who has no patience for their rebellion.
