Links(2008)

Links is a psychological drama about a man whose carefully ordered life unravels when he encounters a woman who appears identical to his girlfriend. Dexter's confusion deepens at home, where his partner Stella grows suspicious of his strange behaviour. As his world spirals—mounting debts, job loss, a broken relationship—Dexter crashes his car and is hospitalised. Doctors diagnose a stroke that has damaged his right hemisphere, leaving him unable to see the left side of his vision. Worse, his perception of reality fractures: he begins seeing the same faces everywhere, unable to distinguish between different people. The film follows Dexter's struggle to rebuild his life and adapt to a world where everyone appears the same, forcing him to question what he can trust and who he really knows.
