Jesse James Under the Black Flag(1921)

Jesse James Under the Black Flag is a historical drama following the outlaw's early years as a guerrilla fighter for Quantrill's Raiders during the American Civil War. Driven by allegiance to the Confederate cause, James embraces the violent life under the raiders' black banner, committing acts that mark him as a criminal.
