Musty's Vacation(1917)

Musty's Vacation is a silent comedy short about a drifter who stumbles upon a meal ticket and decides to exploit it for free food. When the café owner spots that Musty's face doesn't match the photograph on the ticket, he panics and seeks out a solution. Desperate to keep his meal deal alive, Musty visits a steel foundry to have his appearance altered, prioritizing the promise of free meals over his own identity. He returns to the restaurant transformed, only to discover the establishment has shut down, leaving him with a new face and no place to use it.
