The Basement is a horror film that traps five teenagers in a claustrophobic nightmare. Fleeing an unknown killer, they barricade themselves in a basement, only to discover their refuge has become a prison—the only exit is the door their pursuer guards. As the killer maintains his vigil above, the teenagers grow increasingly desperate and paranoid. The film blurs the line between reality and madness as their sanity fractures under the pressure of captivity. With no clear motive for the attack and no way out, they must confront both the threat above and the psychological unraveling within their group.
