Two-Fisted Sheriff is a Western remake of Columbia's 1932 film Cornered. When Bob Pearson saves his friend Sheriff Dick Houston from an ambush by stagecoach bandits, he's soon discovered near the murdered body of cattleman Herrick, gun in hand. Suspected of the crime, Pearson must clear his name while navigating the dangerous politics of frontier justice. The film captures the classic Western tension between loyalty and law, as Pearson fights to prove his innocence against mounting evidence and suspicion in a town quick to judge.
