Taktikk is a coming-of-age film about twelve-year-old Johan, who is hopelessly smitten with Veronica. He tries every scheme he can devise to capture her attention, from grand gestures to careful manipulation, but each attempt falls flat. Frustrated and exhausted, Johan finally stops trying altogether—and that's when everything changes.
