The Milkwoman(2005)

The Milkwoman follows Minako, a 50-year-old woman who delivers milk through her hometown's hills before her shift at a supermarket cashier. Her quiet routine shatters when she discovers that one of her regular customers is Keita, a man she's secretly loved since high school. Keita now lives with his terminally ill wife Yoko, whom he cares for at home while working in his town's municipal office. Though he claims to want an ordinary life, his world churns with hidden turmoil.
