Ticker(2002)

Ticker is an action thriller following a skilled driver tasked with transporting a wounded diplomat carrying a mysterious briefcase during a relentless helicopter assault. When a bullet strikes the case, a countdown timer activates and unknown fluid begins leaking from the impact hole. After destroying his attackers, the driver refuses to continue until he learns what he's protecting. The briefcase holds a human heart destined for a peacekeeper whose survival is crucial to a nation's freedom. As the clock ticks down, the driver must deliver the organ before time runs out, forcing a tyrant to abandon his violent takeover. With the mission complete, the driver moves on to his next assignment.
