Against the Wind(2023)

Against the Wind is a French drama following identical 14-year-old twins, Léna and Lili, who live in an orphanage and yearn for their absent mother. When she fails to appear even on their birthday, the girls' disappointment hardens into conviction that she must be gravely ill. Desperate to find answers, they make a fateful decision to search for her themselves. The film traces their journey as hope and determination collide with the harsh realities of their circumstances.
