The Robin Sisters(2006)

The Robin Sisters is a French drama about two unmarried elderly sisters, Marie and Aminthe, who share their grandfather's decaying house. Marie clings to memories of their childhood before their parents died young, while Aminthe remains haunted by Fabien, the fiancé she lost in Indo-China fifty years ago. They survive on meager pensions, vegetables from their garden, and piano lessons, but their crumbling home—with its leaking roof and poor heating—demands costly repairs.
