Chimera(2011)

Chimera is an experimental film that imagines a distant future where an alien observer witnesses the fossilized remains of Ronald Reagan and William Casey reenacting their relationship like players in a primitive theatrical performance. Using text, sculptures, drawings, animations, and spoken monologues, the film layers multiple interpretations of these historical figures, blurring fact and myth. Rather than a conventional narrative, Chimera constructs a fragmented, multimedia meditation on how we remember and reimagine the past. The work challenges viewers to question the nature of historical truth and the stories we tell about power, influence, and human connection across vast stretches of time.
