Miss Staff Sergeant(2010)

Miss Staff Sergeant is a South Korean film about Yu-mi, who breaks gender barriers by joining the Marines as their first female recruit. Determined to prove herself, she endures grueling training and overcomes institutional resistance to earn her place. But acceptance doesn't end her struggles. When a trainee dies under mysterious circumstances, Yu-mi is promoted to sergeant and thrust into leadership of a fractured unit.
