Bend & Break follows a group of twenty-somethings navigating the confusion and missteps of early romance. When Bryce meets a French woman in the city, Jules reconnects with an old flame he's harbored feelings for, and Blake discovers his friend's sister in a new light, the three men confront the messy reality of desire and vulnerability. As each pursues his own romantic path, they grapple with the uncertainty of relationships, learning that attraction rarely unfolds as expected. The film captures the awkward charm of that transitional age when attraction feels both urgent and impossibly complicated, exploring how these young men stumble toward understanding themselves and the women they're drawn to.
