The Angels(1991)

The Angels is a crime drama following police inspector Fang Ping, who harbors quiet admiration for the fearless Oshima. When Oshima's reckless operations repeatedly spiral into chaos and danger, Fang Ping finds himself drawn into her orbit despite the risks. Complicating matters, Oshima is involved with Xiao, a figure with hidden depths and murky connections. As Fang Ping struggles to protect them both from the consequences of their entanglement, he discovers darker truths about Xiao's past. When a dangerous gang closes in, Fang Ping must finally step into the open and confront the criminal underworld threatening everyone he cares about.
