Please Love Me Forever(2016)

Please Love Me Forever is a surreal French film about Lili, a 14-year-old albino girl confined by her overprotective mother Claudie, who obsessively reconstructs her own face in a private operating lab. Isolated from the world, Lili becomes fixated on Lyesse, her handsome 16-year-old neighbor, only to be rejected when she confesses her feelings. Devastated and desperate to understand his rejection, Lili takes a dark turn—literally attempting to remove his heart to comprehend why he cannot love her. The film blends psychological horror with coming-of-age anguish, exploring themes of isolation, obsession, and the dangerous consequences of unrequited desire.
