Hidden Gold(1940)

Hidden Gold is a western film following Hoppy and Lucky as they investigate a string of stage robberies targeting gold shipments from Colby's mine. Hoppy suspects the mastermind may be Colby himself, a former outlaw. To flush out the gang and their leader, Hoppy devises a trap: he borrows gold from Speedy and publicly announces a shipment, hoping to lure the criminals into the open. The plan sets the stage for a tense confrontation as Hoppy works to prove his theory and recover the stolen gold. This classic western combines mystery and action as the investigators close in on their quarry.
