Brother's Keeper(2008)

Brother's Keeper is a horror film about two brothers living in an isolated mansion, one severely disfigured. The other brother lures young women—mostly sex workers—to their remote estate under false pretenses. The brothers believe they're executing a sacred mission through ritualistic murder. When one brother develops genuine feelings for their next intended victim, their twisted dynamic unravels.
