Retardead is a horror film in which mad scientist Dr. Stern transforms students into superintelligent cannibalistic zombies while local police remain distracted by a serial predator. FBI agent Susan Hannigan arrives to confront her longtime nemesis, racing against time as the ravenous creatures spread through town. Hannigan's only hope lies in turning Stern's loyal assistant against him—forcing a revelation of the scientist's twisted methods before the flesh-eating ghouls consume everything.
