A.I. Artificial Intelligence is a science fiction film about David, a robot boy programmed with the capacity to love unconditionally. Adopted by a Cybertronics employee and his wife as an experimental prototype, David initially finds acceptance in their home and begins to form genuine emotional bonds. But when unforeseen circumstances threaten to tear the family apart, David embarks on a poignant quest to understand what it means to be human and to reclaim the love he's been designed to give. The film blends wonder and melancholy as it explores themes of belonging, mortality, and the price of artificial consciousness in a world that may never fully accept him.
