Dia of the Dead is an animated family film set during Mexico's Day of the Dead celebration. Young Chiqui longs for his mother Julieta, who vanished two years ago to pursue her dream of becoming the greatest singer in The Beyond—a magical land of the dead. When The Beyond hosts its annual talent show, Chiqui and his father Diego, a powerful luchador, journey to the mystical realm determined to reunite with Julieta and dance alongside her during her performance. Blending vibrant Mexican folklore with themes of family, ambition, and love, the film follows their quest to bring their familia back together in this colorful afterlife adventure.
