Neighborhood Oppas is a Korean drama about betrayal and second chances. Hee-joo, a high school student, finds motivation through a tutor she likes, but her best friend Yeon-soo grows jealous of her transformation. Yeon-soo manipulates her brothers into tormenting Hee-joo and spreads rumors that force her out of school. Unable to adjust after dropping out, Hee-joo drifts into a directionless life with neighborhood men. Years later, Yeon-soo resurfaces, now engaged to a successful man while hiding her troubled past—only to discover he's Hee-joo's former tutor.
