We are not as we were

EXT is a sci-fi action film set in a snow-buried Toronto of the 24th century. AEGIS, a humanoid war machine, commands a team of five robot-bound digital-humans on a dangerous mission into the physical world—known as the "E-X-T"—to reclaim an enemy-occupied server installation. The installation is critical to the survival of their digital home world. The story blends cyberpunk aesthetics with tactical warfare as the team navigates both technological and physical obstacles in a frozen, post-apocalyptic landscape. Themes of digital consciousness and human-machine integration drive the narrative as AEGIS and the crew fight to protect their existence against hostile forces.
