Risikoen ved en jagt is a Danish film about a community gripped by fear and suspicion. When the people of Lviv stumble upon a mysterious hermit living in the forest, a young woman named Esther finds herself in an impossible position. Her only friend becomes the target of a witch hunt, and she must decide whether to speak up or stay silent. As hysteria spreads through the town, Esther risks everything to shield the accused from the mob's fury. The film explores themes of courage, loyalty, and the dangerous power of collective paranoia.
