Wellness Check is a short film about a woman's mounting anxiety when she can't reach her estranged brother. Kristy desperately tries to contact Mark, convinced something terrible has happened to him in a dangerous world. What begins as a simple attempt to confirm he's alive spirals into an exploration of family bonds, worry, and the distance that separates people who once knew each other well. The film captures the tension between protective instinct and the limits of control, asking what we owe to those we love when we can't be sure they're safe. It's a quiet, intimate study of fear and connection in an uncertain time.
